STANWAY LITTLE ASSOCIATES are specialist Chartered Town Planners and Chartered Architects. We are based in London and provide a wide range of services for clients in both town and country locations.

Stanway Little Associates have over thirty years of experience in providing consultancy in all aspects of town planning, development planning, building design and project implementation.

We have acted for a wide range of clients including landowners and farmers, industrialists, brewers, developers, contractors, accountants, solicitors, counsel and councils, architects, town planning consultants and surveyors, health and educational establishments and private individuals of all shapes and sizes in all sectors of the economy.

We have concentrated more recently on providing consultancy in all Town and Country Planning matters where development of land and buildings is involved, in both urban and rural locations. We specialise in 'heritage' projects.

We have extensive experience of working with Listed Buildings and the setting of Listed Buildings. This often includes advising on land and buildings in Conservation Areas and with special landscape considerations.
